Managers and analysts from Aço Cearense participated in the Futura Trends Seminar on the 28th, held at the RioMar Fortaleza shopping mall theater and organized by Grupo O Povo de Comunicação. Now in its ninth year, the event's theme was "Happiness, Work, and Quality of Life: The Psychological Architecture of Success."
The seminar featured nationally recognized speakers, such as Edgard Charles Stuber (innovation specialist and founder of Stuber Educação), Manoel Júnior (author and pioneer of experience marketing in Brazil) and Paulo Vieira (coach and creator of the CIS Method).
The Aço Cearense Group supported the Seminar, which had 700 participants who attended three lectures and two panels, with the aim of discussing current issues in society.
For Leide Silva, Internal Audit Coordinator, the event was very positive. "The Futura Trends Seminar was inspiring for many, as it made us reflect on whether we truly love what we do and the company we work for. This allowed us to see opportunities and make them happen, especially for our internal and external clients. When we love the company and what we do, nothing is done without sacrifice, but with great satisfaction and joy," the manager emphasized.
