On the morning of May 16th, Endeavor, a global organization supporting entrepreneurs, brought together a group of high-growth entrepreneurs for a group mentoring session to share experiences and gain insights they can apply to their own businesses. Leading the mentoring session was Aline Ferreira, Vice President of Sales and Finance at Grupo Aço Cearense, who is also an Endeavor Ambassador.
The mentoring session is part of Scale Up 2019, Endeavor's acceleration program that selects high-growth companies and provides them with a series of tools to stimulate business growth and foster the entrepreneurial environment in Brazil. The executive partner of Grupo Aço Cearense shared the company's history with those present and provided guidance based on the Group's 40 years of experience.
The first edition of Scale Up in 2019 features companies from various sectors that have excelled in their respective fields. These include: Longevidade Saudável, Meu Tudo, Elephant, 7 Cantos, Empório da Tapioca, Frutã, Moov.Watch, Óticas Marília, and InfoWay. The latter two are companies from Maranhão and Piauí, respectively, marking the first time these two states have participated in the program. In Scale Up, entrepreneurs identify their business challenges and address these challenges through mentoring and experience sharing. Registration for the second edition of the year is now open on the website: https://endeavor.org.br/scaleup/
