Students visit companies of the Aço Cearense Group

Estudantes visitam empresas do Grupo Aço Cearense

To contribute to the academic development of students, the Aço Cearense Group hosted two visits to its companies in April. Twenty-five students from the Business Administration program at the Federal University of Southern and Southeastern Pará (Unifesspa) – Rondon do Pará Campus visited SINOBRAS, and 15 students from the Electromechanics Technician program at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Ceará (IFCE) – Pecém Campus visited Aço Cearense Industrial (ACI).

Accompanied by institutional representatives, Erbson Ribeiro (Technical Assistance Analyst) at SINOBRAS and Kaio Studart (Industrial Engineer) at Aço Cearense Industrial, the visitors got to know the production activities of the Group's companies up close.

"I imagined SINOBRAS to be a smaller company, but I was surprised to see its size and its entire manufacturing structure, information system, and automation. I loved the visit! Seeing how the company is managed will greatly contribute to our education," said Janival Abreu, a Business Administration student at Unifesspa – Rondon Campus in Pará.

Fernando Sabóia, a professor at IFCE – Pecém Campus, also commented on the experience: "The visit was very enriching for the class; it went beyond what they expected and exceeded our expectations! Everything was very well explained. I hope the company continues this trend."
