The Commercial and Financial Vice President of Grupo Aço Cearense, Aline Ferreira, is the winner of the Best Executive in Ceará category, of MT Indica 2021, an award created by journalist Márcia Travessoni to elect the best of the year in 19 categories, announced last Friday (28).
The ranking listed ten important female figures from the state who are leading major businesses. Aline Ferreira was elected by the general public with 34,89% of the votes, in a vote that lasted approximately five months. For the executive, this recognition was an honor. "I was surprised by the nomination and very happy with the result, especially considering the other executives I greatly admire who were also nominated. It's an honor to have been recognized by the popular vote, and I appreciate all the affection shown by those who believe in my work. This recognition reflects everything I have learned and achieved through my family, who are my foundation, the team at Grupo Aço Cearense, who teaches and supports me every day, everyone who, in some way, is part of my story, and, above all, God, who blesses me with so many opportunities," she emphasizes.
Aline Ferreira is an executive partner and vice president of commercial and financial affairs at the Aço Cearense group, and is also responsible for the company's Human Resources, Management and Processes, Marketing, S&OP, and Technology departments. The group has four companies and an institute located in the states of Pará, Tocantins, and Ceará, with strong domestic operations and a presence in the steel and metallurgy segment. Aline is also an ambassador and mentor for Endeavor Brasil, an advisory board member for Lide Ceará, and president of the Advisory Board of the Associação Júnior Achievement Ceará.
