FIEC Industrial Merit Medal (2026)

Aline Ferreira, Commercial and Financial Vice President of the Aço Cearense Group, was awarded the Medal of Industrial Merit, one of the most important honors in the Ceará production sector, granted by the Federation of Industries of the State of Ceará (FIEC) to leaders who stand out for their contribution to the development of industry.

KAIZEN™ Awards Brazil – 10th edition of the awards

The Aço Cearense Group stood out for the excellence of its initiatives, being the big winner in the ESG Excellence category with the Crescer Project. The company also received an honorable mention in the Innovation Excellence category with the project to reduce the linear mass variability of CA60, and was a finalist in the Quality Excellence category with an initiative aimed at reducing complaints due to welding defects.

ABRH-CE Human Being Award

The Aço Cearense Group was a finalist in the 4th edition of the awards, standing out in the Organizational Excellence category through its internal communication platform Acontece+, and in the ESG category with the Crescer Project.

Best HR Innovation Award 2026

The Aço Cearense Group won 2nd place in the ESG category with the Crescer Project, and also 2nd place in the Future of Work category with the Digital Transformer program.

Aline Ferreira receives MT Indica 2024 award in the Women of Impact category

The Commercial and Financial Vice President of Grupo Aço Cearense, Aline Ferreira, was recognized for the second consecutive time in the Women of Impact category, which highlights women who inspire other women with their trajectories.

Grupo Aço Cearense stands out in the "Companies that Best Communicate with their Employees" Award, taking 1st place in the Digital category.

The Group topped the ranking in its category with the case study “Acontece+: innovation combined with communication,” showcasing increasingly personal, human, and innovative communication.

Grupo Aço Cearense receives the Gold Seal from the Brazilian GHG Protocol Program.

This is the highest recognition in transparency and management of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Since 2020, the company has been improving its emissions inventories. In 2023, it was recognized with the Silver Seal and, with the 2024 inventory, achieved the maximum rating after specialized external verification.

ANAMACO Award, the main award in the construction sector in Brazil.

We were highlighted in the main awards ceremony for the construction sector in Brazil, winning 3rd place in the segments of Steel Mesh or Screens for Concrete, in the "dispersal" category, and Steel Rebar, in both the "dispersal" and "Large Clients" categories. We also received honorable mentions in the same categories.

AEVO Intrapreneurship Awards

The initiative recognizes companies and teams that promote innovation and encourage employee leadership in Brazil. The award is divided into two main categories, Companies and Teams, in which we stood out in four categories: Sustaining Innovation, Transformational Innovation, Open Innovation and ESG Innovation.

The transformation of Grupo Aço Cearense's communication through Acontece+, the multiplatform for communication and services, launched in October 2022, was internationally recognized at the festival based in Portugal.

IT Executive Award 2023

Our Director of Organizational Development and IT at Grupo Aço Cearense, Cinthia Cavalcanti, was among the 3 finalists in the 2023 IT Executive Award, in the Steel, Metallurgy and Mining category. The Award brings together IT leaders in Brazil.

1st AEVO Intrapreneurship Award

The Aço Cearense Group won four awards in the Teams category of the first edition of the 1st Intrapreneurship Award, promoted by AEVO. The initiative included companies from different sectors that are references in promoting innovation with the direct participation of employees and internal teams. TOP 3: Sustaining Innovation - Reduction of the average SETUP time on the tube 4 machine. TOP 4: Transformational Innovation - Connection platform for the steel market and ecosystem to facilitate business between resellers and consumers. TOP 4: Open Innovation - Identification of non-metallic impurities in the receipt of raw material. TOP 8: ESG Innovation - Ecological Soap Making.

IEP Sustainability Seal

Aço Cearense was awarded the IEP Seal of Sustainability, in the gold category. The award was presented during the 16th edition of the IEP Sustainability Forum, which recognizes good social practices carried out by companies, in addition to promoting and disseminating practices focused on sustainability.

CASACOR Ceara 2022

Galeria Aço Cearense, designed by architect Racine Mourão, won two awards from CASACOR Ceará 2022. The Group won 1st place in the Best Environment and Ceará Design categories.

Grupo Aço Cearense was once again among the largest companies in the country, according to a special edition of Valor 1000 magazine. Rising 72 positions compared to the previous year, the Group was ranked 188th in the ranking of the 1,000 largest companies in Brazil and also reached 15th place among the 50 largest companies in the Northeast.

Anamaco Award

SINOBRAS was among the best companies in Brazil, in the construction materials sector, according to the Anamaco 2022 Award. The company achieved 3rd place among the best companies in the Spraying and Large Customers category, in the steel rebar segment.

Best Executive in Ceará

The Commercial and Financial Vice President of Grupo Aço Cearense, Aline Ferreira, was the winner of the Best Executive of Ceará category, of MT Indica 2021, an award created by journalist Márcia Travessoni to elect the best of the year in 19 categories. The ranking listed ten important female personalities from the state who are leading major businesses. Aline Ferreira was elected by the general public with 34,89% of the votes, in a vote that lasted about five months.

“Pará Culture Seal – Company Friend of Culture”

SINOBRAS received from the Government of the State of Pará, for the second time, the “Selo Cultura Pará – Empresa Amiga da Cultura”, an honor that recognizes companies that contribute to strengthening the economy, culture and art, through the Semear Law.

The Group also ranked 149th among the 418 best companies in excellence, standing out in several sectors of the economy, also reaching 3rd place in the Financial Performance indicator and 5th in the Corporate Governance indicator, within the Mining and Steel segment.

Grupo Aço Cearense was once again among the largest companies in the country, according to a special edition of Valor 1000 magazine. Rising 32 positions compared to the previous year, the Group was in 260th place and also reached 16th position among the 50 largest companies in the Northeast.
