Family in the Company Project receives record number of applications

In July, the Family in Business project broke its registration record. A total of 32 family members visited Aço Cearense Industrial and Aço Cearense Comercial.
Francisca Raquel de Sousa, wife of employee Paulo César and mother of apprentice Francisca Jayanne de Sousa, both from Production Area 2 – Aço Cearense Industrial and Aço Matriz, spoke enthusiastically about the experience. "I'd heard of Aço Cearense, but there's nothing like seeing it up close and realizing even more how much they care for their employees. I loved everything, and my son, Paulo Henrique, who came with me, was thrilled and said he wants to work alongside his father and sister in the future," she said.
