The Instituto Aço Cearense and Aço Cearense have completed another edition of Grow Project, an initiative that offers intensive training for young people from Parque Leblon, in Caucaia, focusing on personal and professional development and preparation for entering the workforce.
Held in partnership with the Human Resources department of Aço Cearense and with the support of various areas of the company, the course provided participants with a learning journey on topics such as Self-awareness, communication, professional demeanor, career vision, and first steps in the job market. Crescer's goal is to deliver essential content in a short period for those starting their professional journey, strengthening skills and opening up new perspectives for the future.
As part of the program, the young people participated in a technical visit to Ceará Steel MatrixDuring the visit, they learned about strategic sectors, production processes, and the routines of the headquarters. The event also included a roundtable discussion with company employees (Jordan, Naira, and Janaira) who shared their experiences, career paths, and lessons learned, inspiring the participants to build their own career paths.
This edition was made possible thanks to the partnership with... Santana Patronage, responsible for mobilizing young people and providing support throughout the project. The feedback received reinforces the positive impact of the initiative and its contribution to community development.
