The Instituto Aço Cearense was present at the 3rd edition of Volunteer Day, a mobilization focused on the care and support of children from communities surrounding the Pecém Complex. The action was carried out simultaneously in three public schools in the region, bringing together volunteers from partner companies, teachers, and students.
The activities took place in EEIEF Saul Gomes de Matos (Cauípe Plateau – Caucaia), EEIEF Luiz Rocha Mota (Cauípe – Caucaia) and EEF Poetess Abigail Sampaio (Parada – Pecém, São Gonçalo do Amarante), where playful, educational experiences integrated into the daily lives of local communities were promoted.
The Instituto Aço Cearense believes that volunteering is a movement that It strengthens bonds, awakens potential, and builds the future through collective care.
“When we mobilize people to look out for one another, we are building a network that sustains the present and prepares for tomorrow. Every act of care transforms realities.” Luciana Rabelo, coordinator of the Institute, points this out.
This action reinforces the Institute's commitment to... education, well-being, citizenship and social inclusion.
