Aço Cearense Group welcomes students to its companies

The Aço Cearense Group hosted two visits to its companies on the mornings of September 26th and 27th. The goal was to provide students with a technical overview of their future professions.
On the 26th, representatives from the HR and SESMT departments presented Aço Cearense Industrial to nine students from the HR – Occupational Health and Safety program at Unifametro University Center. On the 27th, Ronaldo Brito (Environmental Technician) welcomed 20 students from the Electromechanics Technician program at SINOBRAS, from the Vale dos Carajás Technical School.
Isaac Oliveira, a Human Resources student at Unifametro, said the visit was a unique experience. "It was a pleasure to spend this morning at Aço Cearense Industrial. Thank you to all the professionals involved for providing us with this enriching experience."
Stephannye Lemos, a professor in the Electromechanics Technician program at Vale dos Carajás Technical School, explained the importance of the experience for the students: "We're working on materials technology, which covers steelmaking. This visit provided the students with a practical understanding of the subject. They learned about the entire steel production process, from start to finish, which will greatly contribute to their academic development."
