The project began in 2019, to give users a range of rich content from several areas to contribute to financial management, logistics, recruitment and other important sectors. The Empreender Library has several titles produced by experts from the Steel Cearense Group and is available free of charge.
In addition to the e-books of the Empreender Library, the Group also has a blog and a digital newsletter. The library and the blog can be accessed by anyone interested in the subject, as the digital newsletter is an exclusive platform for the company’s customers.
For Newton Guimarães Júnior, Special Markets Manager of Grupo Cearense Steel, the initiative was an essential strategy to express the purpose of the Group. “We produce useful and relevant content on the blog, website and social networks, always focusing on generating value for our customers. The materials talk about topics they need to win. The idea is also to bring our talents closer to the external public, so that they can share their experiences and knowledge in our communication channels, which is also a way of valuing and recognizing these professionals. So we want to add gains for the entire chain, ”he said.
